Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of services on good1119, you are required to create a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must not use a pseudonym or fictitious details during registration.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account only on good1119. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, good1119 will suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bonuses, and may withhold any accumulated balance pending investigation.
Account Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal or at any other time deemed appropriate by the good1119 compliance team. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Account Security

Deposit Policy
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits originating from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is detected, the deposited amount will be returned to the source account and your account may be reviewed.
good1119 does not charge players any fee for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own service charges, which are outside the control of good1119. All deposits are credited to your good1119 wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. You may submit a withdrawal request at any time provided that: (a) your KYC verification is complete; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied; and (c) you have no outstanding compliance queries on your account.

Currency

Bonus & Promotions Policy

General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only — one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Unless a promotion page states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,000 bonus would require ৳60,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower percentage as specified per promotion.

Betting & Gaming Rules
The use of all games and betting markets on good1119 is governed by both these Terms and the individual rules of each game or market. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's published rules and these Terms, these Terms will prevail with respect to the platform's conduct and obligations; the game provider's rules will govern the specific mechanics and outcome determination of the game itself.

Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, good1119 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets. good1119 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Players who attempt to exploit technical errors to gain an unfair advantage will have their accounts suspended.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
good1119 maintains a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, cheating, collusion, and any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process; impersonating another person; using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
- Money Laundering: Using good1119 for the purpose of laundering funds, processing criminal proceeds, or structuring deposits and withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds. good1119 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspected money laundering activity.

- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used to place bets on good1119. Where a chargeback is raised, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation and any outstanding balance may be withheld.
- Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing good1119 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
- VPN / Proxy Use: Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy server, or any technology designed to mask your true geographical location or IP address in order to circumvent access restrictions.
good1119 reserves the right to take whatever action it deems appropriate — including account closure, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — in response to any of the prohibited conduct listed above. Decisions made by good1119 in relation to prohibited conduct are final.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Either party — you or good1119 — may close a player account at any time. The process and consequences differ depending on the initiating party and the reason for closure.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
If you wish to close your good1119 account, you may request closure by contacting the support team at support@good1119. Before closing your account, ensure that all pending withdrawal requests have been processed and that no active bonus wagering is in progress. Upon confirming your closure request, good1119 will process any remaining eligible balance to your registered payment method within standard withdrawal timeframes.
Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period instead of permanent closure. Self-exclusion options range from a 30-day cool-off period to a permanent ban. Suspension or Closure by good1119
good1119 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
- The player's account shows indicators of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
- The player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
- The player is, or has become, ineligible to hold an account (e.g., under the age of 18);
- The player's account poses a regulatory, compliance, or reputational risk to good1119;
- A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires suspension or closure.
Where an account is closed by good1119 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of any necessary compliance review.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe a decision made by good1119 — including an account suspension, bonus cancellation, bet settlement, or withdrawal refusal — is incorrect, you may submit a formal complaint by emailing support@good1119 with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a detailed description of the matter. good1119 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. The decision issued by good1119 following a formal complaint review is final and binding.
Governing Terms
These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and good1119 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026.
